CONTENT

We do our best to keep everything up to date and free of errors, however errors and omissions may occur.

We reserve the rights to make changes to our content without notice.

Products may differ from advertised.

 

SALES

All prices are in New Zealland dollars and include G.S.T.

Freight charges may need to be altered.

CREDIT CARDS

We only accept N.Z. issued Visa and Mastercard. Overseas issued credit cards will be be unable to be used on our site.

BANK TRANSFERS

If bank transfer is selected as means of payment and this is not paid within 7 working days then the order will be cancelled without prior notice.

 

LEGALITY

We will not condone or tolerate any illegal activities.  All products sold by Easy Grow Ltd are only sold on the  understanding that they are to be used for lawful activities only.  By accepting our terms and conditions, you agree to uphold this condition.

 

FREIGHT

We will only deliver to a New Zealand address at this point in time.  We will only deliver to P.O.Boxes as a last resort.  There may be extra charges involved with this.

Please sign for any deliveries S.T.I. ( Subject To Inspection) This covers you if there is damage to the item which is not apparent from the outside of the carton.

If goods are not received within 7 days of purchase, contact us.

Any damaged or missing item from your order must be brought to our attention within 7 days of receiving your order.

Currently we use Post Haste as our freight providers ( Fastways to Waiheke Island). Prices and providers are subject to change without prior notice.

To ensure successful delivery make sure there is some one present at the delivery address during business hours.

Delivery is normally over-night to the North Island and 2-3 days to the South island.

Rural delivery can take an extra day longer. If we cannot provide you promptly with goods ordered we will contact you and advise you on delivery time.

We sometimes use N.Z. Post for small items as a posted letter and this is unable to be tracked. This can take longer to deliver as there is no longer daily postal deliveries in N.Z.

RETURNS

Contact us about any products you receive that you believe are faulty. If said products are found to be faulty we will supply you with a replacement or refund. You will be responsible for paying  the freight to return the item to us. Please make sure that any returns are well packaged. We cannot be held responsible for damage incurred during return to us. If the item is faulty, we will return it at our cost. If not faulty then return freight is to be paid by the returning customer prior to dispatch of the returned item.

 

WHAT IF THE RECEIVED PRODUCT IS NOT WHAT I WANT. CAN I RETURN IT?

Yes, provided that you contact us ASAP and return the item within seven days of receiving it and it is returned in an "as new" condition. You must  return the goods in their  original packaging. We can't accept nutrients back unless they are in a container with an unbroken security seal. You will be responsible for the return freight as well as the freight cost of getting the product to you. We will either give you a refund back to your credit card or to your bank account if you paid by bank transfer.

 


WARRANTIES

Are non transferrable.  All warranties are to the original purchaser only from authorised dealers.
